Covid-19 Frequently asked questions

  • Do I need to wear a mask?   We are encouraging participants to wear masks unless they have a medical condition that prevent them from wearing one.  Masks are available at all entrances.
  • Will restrooms be available?  Yes, all restrooms are open and regularly clean and sanitized.
  • Is hand sanitizer available?  Yes, hand sanitizer stations are available in the lobby and sanctuary.
  • Will safely spaced seating be available for worship services?   Yes, we have defined safely spaced seating areas. We ask that families/households sit together. Please only sit with other groups of people from outside of your household if everyone in the group feels comfortable.
  • Will we have congregational singing?  Yes, and we encourage you to wear a mask while singing.
  • How will the offering be collected?  We have secure offering boxes near the sanctuary entrances.  You can also give online right here.
  • Are online services available?  Yes! We are livestreaming the services over Youtube and you can subscribe to the church Youtube channel here in order to get notified when services go live on Sunday mornings at 8:30am and 11:00am
  • Will there be anything available for my kids?  Activity kits for children that will help them engage with the service are available by the welcome center entrance. During our second service we also offer a program called Kids Jam for elementary aged children. Children will need to be checked-in at the back of the Sanctuary before or during the service. They will need to wear a mask and have their temperature taken before they are allowed to check in.  Right as the sermon is beginning, about halfway through the service, the preaching pastor will call the children forward to go downstairs with their leaders. Kids jam is staffed by some very experienced educators who know a lot about engaging and caring for kids and about the guidelines we are using to keep kids safe. Children can be picked up after service in the Green Room in our Graystone Kid Space.
  • What about younger kids?  Our nursery is open for children 4 and under during both worship services in the Graystone Kids Space.  The Kids Space also has a very comfortable Family Lounge with a video feed room for parents with little ones who may need a breather from the service.
