Our PEP (”People Enjoying People”) program offers friendship, entertainment, inspiration and fellowship for our seasoned and wiser members of our congregation 55 and over, but is open to all ages. Informative programs and lunches along with games and trips (see our schedule below) are part of this older adult ministry. These events are fun, educational and spiritual. We invite you to be a part of one of our special events or lunches.

Reservations for PEP-ON-THE-GO functions are not considered until payment is made in FULL. After tickets are ordered, each individual is responsble for finding their own replacement, however, in the case of emergencies the committee will actively search for a replacement. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. Please watch for more information on all events in the church bulletin.

    Bible Museum - Washington D.C.

    A PEP-ON-THE-GO TRIP is planned to visit the Bible Museum in Washington, DC for April 23 and 24. Cost for the trip is $65 per person for a double occupancy room. Meals will be on your own. (There will be continental breakfast served at the hotel). Contact the church office by February 28 to sign up. Limited space is available.

    Altoona Curve Baseball

    Join us May 31 for a 10:30 a.m. game vs Akron Rubber Ducks. This is a thirst and hot dog day. So, come thirsty and hungry! They are featuring $2 regular-size sodas plus $1 Juanita brand hot dogs. Cost is $10 (includes ticket and transportation). 

    Departure time is set for 9:00 AM from Graystone on May 31.

    PEP ON THE GO will be taking a trip to the Johnstown and South Fork Flood Museums on Wednesday, June 27.  We will leave the Graystone parking lot in vans promptly at 8:30 a.m. and head to South Fork.  Lunch will be at Asiago’s at the top of the Johnstown Incline, then we will head to the Johnstown Flood Museum. We plan to arrive back at Graystone between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m.  Cost for the trip is $11.00 per person (lunch will be on your own.)

    PEP plans see Jesus on October 11. FULL!

    Itinerary: Bus departs Graystone at 8:30 a.m. and will arrive back in Indiana around 11:00 p.m. Breakfast will be in Breezewood around 10:15 a.m. (on your own) and dinner at Good and Plenty at 5:30 p.m. (included in ticket price).
